A gas lift replacement is R380 per chair, fitted on your floor. That covers the cylinder and the labour, and there is no call-out fee stacked on top for coming into town. Other parts are quoted on what they need.
Not at all, it's normal for the CBD and I'd rather you tell me up front. Send me the requirements when you book and I'll get whatever paperwork or induction the building wants done before the day.
